Belk Lucy completed three transactions totaling 12,793 square feet at Rivers Edge in North Charleston during 2024.
The assignments included 4,084 square feet for Dominique Church, 7,084 square feet for Universal Church, and a 1,625-square-foot lease renewal for Diva Central.
Kevin Shields and Trey Lucy handled all three transactions for the firm. The activity included two larger space transactions alongside a renewal for an existing tenant.
