Katelyn is a Junior Associate of Belk Lucy, joining in June 2025. After working many years in retail in Charleston, Katelynfound a passion for retail properties. Katelyn earned her degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance at the College of Charleston. As a new agent, she is active in canvassing, engaging in the local community, and is eager to continue learning about the industry. Katelyn is originally from Beaufort, SC, where she enjoys spending her time on the boat, at the beach, or shopping.
