Emery Floyd has served as property manager for Belk Lucy’s portfolio since 2017. In this role, she utilizes her keen organizational and communication skills to deliver best-in-class, full-service management services to her clients. Emery enjoys the day-to-day operations as well as creating and nurturing strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and property owners. Overseeing a diverse portfolio of regimes, retail spaces, and office buildings, Emery is committed to providing comprehensive customer and client satisfaction every day. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, Emery attended the University of South Carolina where she earned a BS in Business Administration.
