Hailey White is a Property Manager at Belk | Lucy Commercial Real Estate, where she oversees day-to-day operations for office and retail properties. Her responsibilities include tenant relations, property accounting, coordinating maintenance, and helping keep property expenses within budget.

Hailey began her property management career in vacation rentals on the Isle of Palms in 2021. She joined Belk | Lucy in 2023 to expand her experience into commercial property management and has been part of the team since.

Hailey keeps a close eye on the details, from coordinating timely repairs such as HVAC work and roof leaks to larger projects like parking lot maintenance and exterior painting. She maintains regular communication with owners and tenants, providing monthly reports and updates while coordinating maintenance schedules and accounting matters.

As a local company with a broad range of resources, Belk | Lucy handles key property management services in-house, including accounting and maintenance coordination. Hailey works across these services to help properties operate smoothly and stay on budget.
