Katie Johnson joined Belk Lucy in December 2025 and serves as an Assistant Property Manager. She supports day-to-day property operations, including maintenance coordination and tenant and vendor communication, with a strong focus on organization and attention to detail. With a background in finance, Katie brings a thoughtful, analytical approach to her work and takes pride in delivering dependable support to clients and her team. She enjoys the collaborative nature of property management and values building strong working relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors. Originally from Houston, Texas, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Mississippi.
