Thomas E. Lucy, III (“Trey”) is a principal and co-founder of Belk Lucy. Since moving to the Charleston, SC area in 2007, Trey has been involved in hundreds of sales and leasing transactions and consistently ranks among the top commercial brokers in the Charleston region. He earned Realtor of Distinction Commercial Circle recognition from 2011 through 2016 and was named to the Charleston Regional Business Journal’s Forty Under 40. In 2025, Trey was recognized in the top 500 most influential and accomplished professionals in the state.

Trey provides his clients unparalleled, best-in-class service by putting integrity, honesty and communication at the forefront of every interaction. He is an active contributor to his community—involved in various public service, professional, and charitable organizations, including the Charleston County Board of Assessment Appeals, Rotary Club of Charleston Board of Directors and Dee Norton Board of Directors.. He has also held leadership positions with the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors and South Carolina Association of Realtors.

Originally from Atlanta, Trey earned his BA in Banking and Finance from the University of Georgia. He currently resides in Mount Pleasant with his wife and three daughters.
