Belk Lucy completed two transactions totaling 3,690 square feet at Riverland Market on James Island during 2023.
The transactions involved a 990-square-foot space for Jersey Mike’s and a 2,700-square-foot space for Good Vets.
The two assignments reflect activity involving food service and veterinary uses at the same commercial property. They are part of Belk Lucy’s experience with retail centers and commercial space in the Charleston area.
