The transactions involved E. Blackhurst, Loeffler Randall, Yves Delorme, Hill House Home, Minnow Swim, Tandem Investment, and Disher Hamrick Meyer. Individual spaces ranged from 789 to 7,017 square feet.
Together, these assignments demonstrate the breadth of Belk Lucy’s activity at a single downtown property. They also form part of the firm’s experience working with commercial space along Charleston’s King Street corridor.
