Belk Lucy completed five transactions totaling 10,216 square feet at Galleria at Lake Arrowhead in Myrtle Beach during 2024.
The assignments involved Infinity Vacation Club at 4,641 square feet, Integrity Management Systems at 2,880 square feet, and Grecian Corner at 375 square feet. The firm also completed lease renewals for Ace Realty, occupying 1,520 square feet, and Merle Norman, occupying 800 square feet.
The two renewals accounted for 2,320 square feet of the year’s transaction activity at the property.
