Belk Lucy completed three transactions totaling 6,910 square feet at Summerall Square in Charleston’s West Ashley area during 2024.
The assignments involved Basically Just Judo at 2,278 square feet, Fit Body at 3,282 square feet, and a café at 1,350 square feet.
Kevin Shields participated in all three transactions. The activity included space for martial arts, fitness, and food service uses at the same commercial center.
